who is this service for?
this is for anyone who wants clear, professional skincare guidance, feels overwhelmed by products, or wants a results-driven but barrier-conscious approach.
do you only recommend one brand?
no. products may be recommended from multiple trusted brands based on what best supports your skin — not brand loyalty.
do i have to buy the recommended products?
no. recommendations are optional, and alternatives can always be discussed.
is this a prescription?
no prescription products are recommended. all guidance stays within cosmetic skincare appropriate for at-home use.
can i have a reaction to products?
everyone’s skin is different. patch testing is encouraged, and products should be discontinued if irritation occurs.
how long does it take to see results?
most clients notice changes within 4–8 weeks, depending on consistency, skin condition, and lifestyle. It is extremely important to follow your personalized plan and skincare tips to see optimal results.
how are consultations done?
consults are done via phone call. once our phone conversation is done, you will send over three photos of your skin for evaluation. recommendations will then be sent over via digital document. a $20 processing fee will be required for your estheticians time included in your first invoice. this is a one time fee for the initial consult.
is my information private?
yes. all client information and photos are kept confidential.
do you offer refunds for products?
bare fig focuses on education, skin integrity, and intentional product choices — prioritizing long-term skin health over trends and celebrity endorsements while using products with ingredients that are sourced for the longevity of your skin health.
due to the personalized nature of products and sanitary reasons - products are non-refundable.
